Agree. Should have an option for us to opt out or there should be a teacher online to guide them. Enquire through phone is ineffective and inefficient. Don’t mention how many student can get through the phone.

HBL won’t be effective. Will prefer if given a choice for a refund or course fee rebate for next semester. Three lessons is definitely worth more than $50.

Home Learning does not achieve the objectives. The key differentiator for Berries is interactive teaching through games and activities which cannot be achieved via online. Asking a young kid to sit in front of the screen is not effective.

I feel not fair for “eating” up the money at this point, I think it’s should push back or stop a month. Now is not the best time to think how to earn. We need to work hand in hand together , we send our kids there is we trust you all, you all really want to betray our trust in you?

Refund, I do not wish to let my preschoolers to be expose to screentime!
I sent them to berries to have the interaction & to improve on their chinese language & interest.

You can always start your own petition but I am not sure how useful will it be.
