We the undersigned are protesting the TV show 'Toddlers in Tiaras and any shows of the same nature. This show is not only is objectionable, but is degrading to girls in every way imaginable, not just the ones on the show, but also to the ones who may watch this garbage. We feel this disgraceful show should be outlawed as it is clear this amounts to government condoned child abuse. Many of my group members on Facebook agree. These little girls, as young as newborn infants are being taught skewed values about themselves and that their self esteem is based purely on vanity. Just in case you didn't know, these CHILDREN are being exploited by The Learning Channel (TLC) as well as any number of others profiting from their souls, including their own mothers! They are made up inappropriately for their ages with false teeth, lingerie and more. Further they are encouraged to act sexually with enticing poses (to pedophiles). Pedophilia is still outlawed right? We truly fear for these children's futures and indeed the furthering of the breakdown of society if this show is allowed to go on and on.
