This proposed development is not at all appropriate for this area and would greatly diminish the family atmosphere of the existing properties.

This should definitely have conditions- otherwise who knows what will go in there.

RM3 should not be acceptable period, with or without any conditions, RM3 goes against the Future Land Use map that was approved by the county and they should adhere to them. So, if they're going to force it down our throats, then at least protect us from being hoodwinked. Just not right!
