Absolute joke charging just to pick up a relative. Used to be so simple but now it is just a money grab. Sort it out.
So annoying. Trying to drop my mum off for her flight and had to pay just to pull over for 2 minutes. What a total rip off.

The current arrangement is a rip off for regular travellers and their families. The situation requires a serious rethink, and the option of public transport, before the airport can be considered user friendly.
