Let's help the board and tell them how we want our community to look!

The Botanica Lakes Board of Directors decided today 7/12/17 to postpone the vote for the mulch color for the community. After discussions, they have put three color choices on the table. 1- The current color that can be seen in our community. 2- A more brown/gold color that would most closely resemble the old red mulch 3- a very dark almost black color mulch. According to the vendor, these are all environmentally friendly. Please help the board- tell them what you want...complete this quick petition.

Remember- one vote per household. I will present this info at the next board meeting.

The board does have samples of these color choices for you to view, please contact the property manager, Cameron to determine a good time to stop by the office and take a look!!!!
