Regardless to your income, mental health status, gender, etc, when you walk into a place of business you deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. Often times community members in need of additional services are made to feel like they have to endure mistreatment so that they can continue receiving benefits.

In this call to action we would like for Boston Housing Authority to improve the customer experience for all clients, so that no one is leaving BHA feeling belittled, and disrespected.

If you have had a bad experience at Boston Housing Authority and would like for the BHA staff to learn privacy etiquette, and receive customer service training, and required staff to wear name tags, so that clients can anonymously report negative interactions.
