It will indeed be an honor and a privilege sign this petition to rename the East 102 St and Lex. Ave to "Borinqueneers Way". They fought for our country with pride and dignity. Many gave their lives to defend and protect our freedom. It is time for them to be recognized and what better way then by naming a street after them.

A conaming in el barrio is necessary and proper as el barrio is home to the second largest concentration of Borinqueneers in the country. The first being Puerto Rico.
