This petition is for all families who are in favor or removing Mindy Buxton from Bordertown Softball league. Proven general consensus is that most families are unsatisfied with Mindy's' presidency and role on the board of our program. Her inability to properly manage this program without biased and nepotism is inexcusable. Many families have experienced the so called "buddy system" within this program. Since she has taken over as president, there have been stacked teams, biased against coaches and parents, inconsistent protocols in running the program and unprofessional behavior towards parents & coaches when concerns, issues or questions regarding the program are brought to her attention. The recent act of the Bordertown Board, per Mindy Buxton, to vote a girl out of the program without the girl, at any time violating the player code of conduct and who has certainly given no reason to be removed from the league, is clearly due to proven prior disagreements between Mindy Buxton (President of Bordertown Board) and the parent of the child. The removal of a child from this league without precedent has stepped over the line of administrative authority and has left parents to question if they will be returning players or new registers next season. Our league is a great program and if managed properly, has the ability to thrive and grow.
Please sign this petition to remove Mindy Buxton from her presidency and the board to ensure that her miss-justices and behavior are not repeated with any other parent or child in our program. Together we can make a positive change to bring our program back to its former glory.

The momentum behind this removal is real and it shows that people are tired of the nepotism in our league. Email your local sports board representative today to demand that they put this issue on the next meeting agenda.

Children should not be pawns in an obviously political ploy. You , Mindy , should resign your office immediately if not sooner for the betterment of the league!
A child should never have to suffer because two adults can not get along. This was taken way to far. And I have experience some issues within the league. Not as harsh as your but if you are not part of a certain click you don't seem to belong. This is for the kids people not the adults.
Any in a position of power swears to up hold a certain respect for the very children that this is about. You are required to have level of respect for these children to do right by them. adult issues and opinions do not belong within athletic organizations or school ones. I believe an abuse of authority has taken place and needs to be corrected. The child shall not pay the price of adult fiction Reinstate the child and handle it properly. Remove the president and think clearly before electing another.It is about the children.
Just to clarify-the family history is irrelevant. What matters is that a ten year old girl is not allowed to play sports with her friends. Mindy also now controls soccer so this poor kid will probably not be able to play soccer either.
I don't know or care what the ongoing Buxton-Pelkey feud is about. Whatever issues exist between the parents, take it outside of the youth program arena. Go do a barroom brawl or cage match and get it out of your system. It's affected soccer, softball and school. It needs to stop. And for the love of God LEAVE THE KIDS OUT OF IT!! If you can't be professional then go do something else and let someone else who can be professional take over.
The league as a whole should be ashamed of themselves for letting this get so far!!. I am embarrassed for your town and I don't even live there. Get rid of her and assign someone who knows what they are doing and treats ALL kids & parents fairly...
There is no room for this in a kids league. All should play and love the game.

I am doing this because I feel my sister should not b pushed out of town when my little sister has done nothing wrong she just want to play with her friend and seeing how much all this has effected her is very inappropriate.
