Hope to visit in the near future! Glad there's a place like this near Lexington.

Is this still going on or is it over, I cannot tell if the place is still operational or not. I think this looks great but accidentally ran across when looking for a place to zip line.

I just came across this from trip advisor. I've lived in central ky for over 12 years. I have never heard of this area. The zip lines and canopy tour would be great for the area. Hiking would be a nice outdoor day with the family. I hope you continue your fight and please Lexington, notice this awesome opportunity!

I moved to Lexington about a year ago from Indiana. I was suprised about the limited nature/fishing areas close to the area until I came across Boone Creek. Unfortunately when I went to go check it out I found out it was closed due to some political issues. Very disappointing to nature lovers and peope that enjoy the outdoors. I would of thought that the board members would welcome such a business based on revenue from taxes and tourism brought to the area.

I cannot wait to take the canopy tour... Beautiful country in Fayette County viewed from the tree tops of Boone Creek. Just doesn't get any better than that. I am asking all my friends and family to sign the petition.

I had no idea we had trees like these until I came to see Boone Creek Outdoors. They are magnificent! And I have more than a few trees!

100% in favor . Have seen how successful zip line and Eco-tourism is in many places of the world. It educates people about the environment and brings dollars into the area in many different ways.

Laws must prevail and be upheld, next thing you know we'll have Kings Island in the middle of our horse farms.

The healthy promotion of Kentucky's beauty through ecotourism is the right thing for the Bluegrass. I wish more innovators would think this way and provide new services and experiences for fellow Kentuckians.

This is great for the local economy. Ask others cities and counties where zip line canopy tours are located. Almost all are top rated for their area on trip advisor. It would be a shame for this opportunity to be missed.

As Dr. Ryan Sharpe, regional environmental tourism expert has noted, Boone Creek Outdoors is a case study for high quality sustainable economic development. It is a way for locals and visitors to enjoy breath-taking natural beauty while protecting the environment. I am very familiar with the project and believe it opens an exciting new chapter in outdoor recreation in the Bluegrass.

I love this place. It gives us access to a world in kentucky I had no idea existed in my own backyard. Burgess cares for the land more than anyone, and this project is a great thing for Lexington. Let's show off how beautiful our county really is, please approve Boone Creek Canopy Tour.
