We protest the excessive noise is being made by gardeners and staff of 'Boomerang' in Elizabeth Bay. The noise is being made by leaf blowers and other power tools operated constantly in the morning before 8am. This excessive noise is completely unjustified, particularly as the owners of the property reside for the most part in their Melbourne home. This noise is lowering the quality of life for many local residents who pay a high amount of rent or council rates to live in the area. We would like to request that the use of power tools occurs only between the hours of 10am - 4pm when the majority of residents are at work.
