the aim of this petition is to raise awareness of the difficulties experienced by blind people when accessing books. there are a huge number of books out there which blind people are unable to read as they are not made into an audio format. i am sure that everyone will agree that blind people should not be deprived of the right to read and so i am saying that all books should be published in an audio or braille format at the same time as the print copy of the book is released. it is after all unfair that blind people should lose out due to those publishers who decide that the book should not be released in an audio version. remember, reading is a right and not a privilege and so i urge you to sign this petition as blind people are entitled to to the same enjoyment and right to read as everyone else.
