The new 'locked' water meter covers in the city of Bonham need to be removed and replaced with the old ones. Not only will we no longer to be able to compare our meter readings with our current bill, but it will cause unnecessary problems throughout the winter. You will no longer be able to see if your meter is moving to detect leaks or busted pipes in the cold weather.
