We, the home owners and members of the Boling Ranch Estates Home Owners Association (BRHOA) do hereby petition the AT&T Corporation to extend and offer the U-Verse service to our neighborhood. AT&T has recently installed the U-Verse service from the Boling Ranch Road and FM-1886 location to a nearby neighbor just outside the entrance of Boling Ranch Estates. Currently AT&T only offers DSL service in Boling Ranch. As a result, homeowners are deprived of the availability of fast broadband service as is now provided by AT&T via U-Verse to several nearby neighborhoods. in addition, we the homeowners have no alternative for television service except for DirecTv or Dish Network. Please advise when AT&T can meet with representatives of the association to discuss servicing our neighborhood. Sincerely, The Homeowners of Boling Ranch
