Typical Governmental overreach, last I knew, running some actual Black Angus, couple of Donkeys a feed and water station inside a fenced in area was ALWAYS called a farm, whether a small farm, a gentleman's farm even Old MacDonalds farm, I don’t care what you defined one to be Catawba Zoning Board, critters is critters. Of course this is a working farm. Get a clue, take a ride around and smell the manure wafting in your nose. Then tell us it ain’t no farm.

Please allow this business to open. Our community needs to attract more small businesses to support all of the new home construction you’re allowing.

Let’s see this great “farm” and business on its way to opening. These are great folks here doing everything that’s been asked and continue to succeed in everything to do.

We’ve seen them spend so much time, making this a perfect and much needed, little getaway for the community. Please help this small business get open so they can serve the eager community and pay the wages of all those they’ve hired.

Bureaucratic BS

Sherrills Ford has experienced such drastic change and dramatic growth in recent years. At a time where faceless corporations are overtaking our neighborhoods and profiting off our business it’s absolutely necessary for everyone to do our best to facilitate LOCAL FAMILY enterprises. This is not the time to make them jump through more hoops while people who will never set foot in this area are being seemingly expedited into the footprint.
