Doesn't seem fair to give them approval and now that they are ready to open you are holding them back til 2024. Its hard enough for a restaurant to make it, without a delay like this. Make it happen.

As a local, this new addition would be beneficial to the community. It’s crazy we can put all these houses in without the necessary infrastructure….but can’t have a new Resturant or place to hangout. Kinda ridiculous.
