Changing an approval after so much is invested is just wrong. Finally something unique and inviting, it gets our support. Why have a farm exemption if it doesn't exempt this farm??? What is the negative impact? Get it open PLEASE!

Other than it might set a precedent that would provide some sort of loophole for less desirable enterprises, perhaps someone from Catawba County would be kind enough to explain how allowing Bohemian Cattle Company to open now, -versus waiting until 2024 - would negatively impact the community.

I find your decision to revoke the approval Rey bad business. These people have invested thousands of dollars to make this happen, it just wrong to do this at this juncture.

Let these people open their business. Stop making excuses. We need more jobs not more freaking apartments. This company is a farm at least they aren't disturbing nature with a farm like building all apartments does. It's said west coast Midwest and west coast has more nature than east coast anymore. Let this company alone and let them open. They have wait for this a long time.
