What a shame!! Please approve ASAP. We need this business open ASAP!! I wish the people on the zoning board would try to open a business and keep getting knocked down. These people have their heart and soul into this business not to mention money invested. Now it time they start seeing some rewards!!!

Approving Zoning for apartment complexes to be built right on the street and no yard front or back then why can’t this restaurant be opened. Maybe you have been in that position too long and time to move on. Looks like a cattle farm to me!!!

I have lived here my whole life. There is nothing that compares to such a wonderful family venue in this area. As much new housing is approved for development, to deter business such as these from opening would be a tragedy. I am a Realtor, I make money off of selling properties as my livelihood, but the fact that this is such a wonderful establishment with some sort of land preservation and farm life v/s yet another 700 house development, makes me very happy!! After all, if the county keeps approving subdivisions, it only makes sense to give all these folks moving to area.. something to do.
Otherwise they may live in Sherrills Ford, but they’ll spend their money in Mooresville. Our community needs this business and is excited to have it here.

I guess the "local" merchants are paying off or controlling the "powers that be" (again). Something tells me Publix may have a hand in this . . . this sounds very familiar. Someone needs to investigate.
