This petition is is to shed light on Bank of America and its daily violation of RESPA, HAMP and HAFA federal guidelines. Bank of America corporation and its many employees are lying to the Federal Government, Home-Owners and Realtors regarding short sale mitigation loan modification processes. Their actions are clearly fraudulent and 99.9% of home-owners, Realtors and HUD approved counselors are being lied to and decieved on a daily basis. The goal of this petition is to gain enough signatures to apply pressure on US Congress and US District Attorney urging them investigate the many fraudulent actions against the Federal Government, Federal Guidelines and most importantly the US Consumer.
