The undersigned demand that the Commissioners of Elbert County move the August 9, 2017 Independence Hearing to an evening session to allow more citizen's voices to be heard.
This petition is neither favoring or opposing the development, but recognizes the great need for citizen input on a project of this magnitude in Elbert County at an hour that most citizens will be able to attend.
