Mr Perilstein's use of Boca Grove's directory to send out this disgraceful email en masse, disparaging a segment of our community and singling out a fellow Member, was highly inappropriate. The content was divisive and offensive. I would like to think that any civil-minded Member whether Orthodox, Secular or not Jewish, who values the ethos of our community would condemn his message. His action should certainly warrant a suspension and require him to apologize to the community for his ill-advised conduct.

This is unfortunate but if the Club is going to maintain any semblance of balance and fairness, there should be some sanction imposed here which 3 Board members acknowledged were problematic statements and expressly disavowed.
