Stop exploitation of these beautiful bobcats by greedy businesspeople! Bobcats should enjoy their natural lives, not have their lives cut short to satisfy human stupidity.

I'm almost 70 years old and have never seen a Bobcat and I live next to Shade River State Forest. Leave the Bobcats alone.

Bobcats are beautiful and essential to biodiversity in the region, let alone the utmost cruelty being proposed.

We need our predators and our special Bobcat mascot to thrive in Ohio, not be hunted and slaughtered.

I am against trapping. It is cruel. The population of bobcats have not been determined.

Bobcats do not need "management". Trapping is an inhumane sport and is not necessary for population studies. Federally funded research money should not used to gather information for trappers who want to profit from Bobcat fur which is used a trophy or for distasteful fashion.

Bobcats are still rebounding, they don't need us trapping them.

This proposed trapping season is premature and irresponsible.

We don't have enough bobcats. I have always wanted to see one but never have. I am against permitting something so uncomon to be trapped.

There is not enough data to determine population numbers at this time. Ridiculous decision to decrease a population of animals that was only delisted from threatened status a few short years ago.
