We, the undersigned, wish to formally lodge our complaint regarding the condition and service of the boat on 19th operated by Barbossa excursions

We hereby confirm and agree to the following:
1. The boat departed over 20 minutes later than the scheduled time and arrived 20 minutes earlier than scheduled.
2. The boat was not properly cleaned; the floor was visibly dirty.
3. The toilets were unclean and lacked toilet paper.
4. Despite calling management twice, access to the top deck of the boat was denied until later during the trip.
