I got charged £5.20 for 20 mins at city airport will never park there again definetly needs competition

How can the international airport be allowed to have competition like mccauslands and and at least two others when the city airport has the monopoly. They also only used to have black taxis years ago . I stood for twenty minutes once waiting until someone else was travelling in my direction. This is nothing but a toy airport. Always was and always will be until this car park fiasco changes.

Another reason to use the International Airport! Since when has "need" ever been an issue for the planners? Does Ballymena need a new shopping centre (considering the number of vacant retail spaces in town) - the answer is an obvious "no", but yet the planners go ahead and permit it! Do we "need" another car park to ensure competition regulates prices? Of course we do, but that seems too difficult for the planners to comprehend! The only "need" they seem to understand is the need to satisfy political and commercial interference in the planning process! What the public "need" is an independent ombudsman to scrutinize planning decisions! I wonder who the planners think they are working for? It would be nice if they remembered that we, the general public, pay their wages, and are supposedly the people who they are ultimately supposed to be serving.

This is an absolute disgrace! How date Belfast City Airport pull this stunt! In a struggling economy Belfast City Airport are bullying an innovative company which provides a significantly higher level of customer service, provides employment, choice and value for money for their customers. This is akin to saying that we only need one supermarket, one car manufacturer - ridiculous! My recent use of Boal's service cost ONE QUARTER of what it would have cost in Belfast City Airport parking with superior service! Should Boal's be closed as a result of this illegal manoeuvre by Belfast City Airport, I will NEVER use Belfast City Airport's car park and will avoid that airport at all in the future!
