It is a disgrace that this carpark has closed. Now we are all stuck paying outrageous prices to the airport. However I am sure there are a few peole in Stormont happy with this decision.

its an absolute disgrace, that aperfectly positioned airport is forced to close , this decision smells fishey ! to me. with no competition the airport rips flyers off !

Boal Parking provided a great service to the airport and was reasonably priced. If the George best Airport has no competition the cost of parking will most likely rise!

I think it is ridiculous that I as a consumer am not given a choice as to where I park my car. It is unfair that the City airport can have a monopoly. This is a car park being used for a carpark! I will not be parking at the airport. I would rather pay taxi fare that be forced to give money to the airport carpark. Consumer choice = competitive rates.

Shame on Planning committee, I will be using the international airport in future, at least you get a fair price for parking, as lots of competition. City airport charge way too high..

Belfast City Airport on site parking is and has for a very long time been a complete rip off. Only be having a viable alternative, will they see sense and moderate their exorbitant rates.

I use this car park frequently. It is inconceivable that planners think there is no need for it. There is not a reasonably priced alternative. Airport car park is overpriced and how could it cope with this extra demand from Boal closure.
