There is a huge need for off site parking for Belfast City Airport. The parking there is so busy and unorganised that by the time I find a space I may as well be walking from Holywood. Also there is no shuttle, walking during hours of darkness is awful due to poor lighting and in the rain or snow with a suitcase it is worse than treacherous.
An off site car park with complimentary shuttle is the best way forward.
Surely there is room in the market for a bit of competition as well.
That the consumer has now been stripped of this option and left with no alternative is shocking. Parking at Belfast International for the same dates is less than half price and this has got to be due to the healthy competition there.
Due to the unfairly high prices for parking at Belfast City Airport I will not be choosing to park there. It is cheaper for me to park at the international and get the Airporter bus, however I will park with family near Belfast and get a taxi.
I wish Boal Car Park every success in there plight to re-open there fantastic facility if not at IKEA then somewhere else near by. I look forward to supporting you again in the future.

This was a great idea and provided good safe and affordable parking. Talk about killing enterprise. Why should the airport dictate and what nonsense from planning and minister.

This is ridiculous and a typical mentality of this place and it's officials. The airport too should be challenged on its parking charges for dropping off and collecting persons using the airport. £3 if you are a moment over the 10 minutes. I doubt if more ekelt pesons could walk from the car to the terminal in that time let alone return to the vehicle as well.
