There is a definite need for this facility and competition to the City Airport car park. The relevant authorities have a duty to ensure the public's needs are meet and value for money is provided!

This decision is rich coming from a Stormont Minister with a driver and ministerial car to sail around in. He never needs to park - just gets dropped off?

This facility is fully booked all Summer! Does that in itself not prove there's a need? We were forced to use the long stay car park which is unsuitable for anyone with a disability as there is a considerable walk. The system makes dropping someone disabled at the door nearly impossible. Boal car park is an invaluable alternative at a reasonable price.

There was a need for boal car park over the twelfth fortnight 2013 when the airports three car parks were full and they were sending people to park at boals. Ask the planning office what people will do when this happens again, and they've closed the only other option which is boal airport parking

Why is George Best City Airport being given a monopoly. Where is the monopolies commission? Another fiasco supported by the NI Assembly!

Absolute disgrace the airport are being allowed the monopoly... Why is planning approval needed to use an unused car park as a car park.... It's a win win for everyone involved... Ikea... The employees and the customers... And I haven't used the car park services myself... But I think it's a brilliant idea!!

There is a need for competition and the impact this will have on city airport as loyal people choose alternative airports. Closing this place will.affect more jobs than just those at the carpark

I think this is a total disgrace closing down this car park. Yes it is cheaper and off course people will use it because we the people of Belfast are getting ripped off using the airport parking because it's so dear.
