http://www.bmkcsd.us/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/Agenda_CSD-October-15-2020-1.pdf It’s not listed on the agenda, and it seems like an issue worth advertising, “if” there were to be a decision of this magnitude. I feel for the CSD Board because it’s difficult to enforce the CC&Rs that do help maintain value of the neighborhood homes. Boating is an integral part of a water community though, so it warrants more advertisement prior to a change. All other things being the same, if ski boats are still restricted to 22ft, the existing ski routes have worked for 30+ years and still should be sufficient. If Ski boats have “grown” beyond 22ft or take on more ballast which is creating damage or other issues, then we ought to address those infractions. Signing the petition.

I had no clue the CSD was voting on this issue!! I feel I should have an opportunity to voice my opinion. BTW I do not agree with the reducing the ski zone!

I would like to learn more. After 30+ years of the current situation, what prompts such a change?

CSD has been trying to shorten our ski routes for years. It just causes more traffic and takes away benefits that people bought their upme for. So disappointed.
