The momentum is undeniable now. Seeing this scale of concern for our lakes confirms we are on the right track.

Do not sell off the land. It belongs to the public and should be a protected area for everyone to go for a walk.
Keep the development out of the park. We have enough strip malls already and dont need to ruin one of the last nice nature spots left in the city.
Save the granite plateau. We need to think about the environment instead of just more business parks.
PLEASE STOP BUILDING. The lakes are beautiful and we need to save the wetlands before they are gone forever. My kids love hiking back there.
Too much concrete already. Lets keep the birch cove area green and wild. Once its paved over you can never get it back.

Please protect this area for future generations to enjoy. It is important to protect such areas to ensure that the natural flora and fauna are preserved. When you open up such areas to building, it alters the natural balance of plants and animals. Please preserve its beauty.
