Presently there is an active Bill in Congress. The Blue Water Navy Vietnam Veterans Agent Orange Act. House Bill HR-543.

At present there are 251 Congressional co-sponsors for this Bill well over 55% of Congress, enought to sent it to the House Floor for a vote. Congressman Jeff Miller (Fla.) is the chairman of the VA committee, He is sitting on the Bill and has not released to the House for a vote. Navy Vietnam veterans who are sick and infected with Agent Orange need this Bill for VA health and compenstation benefits. These fighters of that war fought for us and our Freedom, It is time for the American people to now fight for those who served. Please call or write your Congressman and Congressman Miller to pass this very important Bill that will care for our Navy veterans. Thousands are sick and thousands have died with noresolve.

If this Bill does not get to the House floor for a vote by December 31st, 2014It dies on January 1st2015. A new Bill will than have to be introduced, in the meantime thousands more veterans will die with horrible diseases due to Agent Orange poisoning.
