As sisters of Alpha Delta Eta we, the undersigned, think is unjust to trademark Alpha Delta Eta. This type of conduct was done without knowledge of all sisters, and no unanimous vote between active sisters was taken. As a sorority we all have equal right to make decisions of this magnitude. As sisters, we have all earned the right and shown the necessary responsibility to carry this name, and feel it is unfair for a select few to tell us when and where we are allowed to use it. The sisters signing below believe that it is unjust to trademark the name that we have ALL worked so hard to keep alive. We have signed this petition to ensure that the trademarking of 'Alpha Delta Eta' is stopped and it is again free for the use of ALL our sisters.
