LETS JUST SAY, BLOCKSI WAS DOWNLOADED INTO OUR SCHOOL LAPTOPS , PCS AND OTHER DEVICES, BY TEACHERS, PARENTS, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, WITHOUT THE OUR CONSENT. This device was rightfully purchased by us, with our money, and yet we are not allowed to feel at home with it, and do what we want with it? This is an outrage! Plus, although yeah, its supposed to "safeguard students from harmful content around the clock" and "ensuring a secure and nurturing environment both in and out of school", this deprives us of our much cherished free time that we , as young and carefree children, still cherish, thus giving us the feeling that our money is wasted. And by the phrase "safeguard students from harmful content around the clock", I would like to know, have you ever as much as thought about the content that is not even remotely 'harmful', yet from which you still 'safeguard' us from? I CANT EVEN ACCESS NOTES. LIKE I MEAN CANT YOU ACTUALLY CARE WHAT YOU EVEN INSTALL INTO THIS THING??? (Btw I am aware of another justice-seeking person who has boldly typed out a very official and powerful petition against this accursed blocksi. I want to say this is not copying or based off his petition in any way (I hope so) and I wish you all can understand I'm actually trying to EMPHASISE HIS POINT of blocksi stopping this bullsh*t.)
Secondly, about the nurturing part, I want to remind you that by recklessly limiting our personal freedom, this does not nurture us in ANY way. IN fact, it might actually decrease the of potential ours to be 'eliminated of distractions', as you know we are carefree children and as teenagers will stop at NOTHING to achieve our desired, so I assure you, this will only lead to us finding more things to be distracted by.
According to Don Sutton, the director of technology in Wilmington City Schools, blocksi is to create a 'safe, controlled, and conducive digital learning environment', but if you are not even gonna allow your students to access Chromebook its gonna have to take some miracle to ever create even a shadow of what a student sees as a 'conducive environment'.
Next, according to Chris Kaiser, assistant director of technology in Fox C-6 School District, blocksi should be ' constantly updating and improving to keep up with the world of education and implement SUGGESTIONS FROM THEIR CLIENTS' . Oh please, I beg to differ. I want to question, have you ever bother to even glance at the reviews section in your channel\website? Either you have and you did not lift a pinkie to ' implement suggestions from their clients' or this comment section has been left to gather dust in your website, because if you ever looked at it, it is overflowing with antipathetic 1-star reviews from fuming students from around the world.
I beg of you, blocksi, to consider freeing up our restrictions a little. Can't you let a little freedom into our sardine-packed lives and enjoy the carefree nature of young teenagehood before we step into the ever-evolving web of adult society?
ALso, I am sure that you are aware of how we as teenage students value our personal space and privacy, AKA the Search History, and if you search up your terms of use, you are supposed to safeguard our safety and privacy, and I need to tell you that, our search history IS our privacy in its truest form.
Finally, I want to yet again remind you that this device belongs to us and us only, i do not approve of you downloading a DIGITAL STALKER to peek and pry into our digital space.
My point after all this typing is, that you mind what you allow us to do and not just randomly ban useful stuff, seeping the creativity and freedom from our young lives. As the famous saying goes, 'All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy', and I am positive that by limiting our freedom online, you are very effectively making the meaning of that non-existent. I hope you will consider.

Yours faithfully,

A student also under your digital captivity.
