I knew Barbara. I went to school with her sister and they loved each other so much. Now my youngest daughter is 22. I can't imagine the pain this man caused. He cannot be free. Absolutely not.

He could have stopped, this was obviously longer than a split second decision (such as shooting a gun). He choose over and over to do wrong. He is an animal that needs to stay behind bars. Why on earth would someone who carried out such a terrible crime be allowed to walk free?
