Traffic is already horrendous at Stickney and 41, a main access point for Siesta Key.

We live in the area and this is too large a development for this already congested traffic area accessing Siesta Key.

41 and Stickney Point are already way too congested. Don't allow future development to continue to increase the problem. Please consider the people who live in the area and on the key.

I do not agree with over developing this area and especially a light on Stickney point. That is the worst idea ever!

We frequently have gridlock at this intersection and Benderson's contribution will only multiply the situation!!

I challenge Benderson folks to spend a couple of days watching traffic tie-ups, near accidents and accidents injuring people, possible deaths. Consider another plan.

Benderson's Plan is too dense and should not be allowed.

Enough is enough! You created the traffic jam on University Parkway. We don't want that around Stickney Point and 41!

This intersection grid locks frequently during season now. I can't imagine how this will do anything but create a traffic nightmare and actually encourage people to avoid the entire area.
