Long over due, I grew up in the neighborhood, was then and still is a very bad corner, visibility is terrible.

As a very close neighbour to this property, it has been a shame that we've been witness to already one to many accidents. In the near future, I too will have my own children travelling across this intersection and hope this matter is delt with this year before something very serious and irreversible happens.

Agree this is long overdue. For the relatively low expenditure (not 1.25 millon for green space, or $800K for yet ANOTHER roundabout) this move would = high return on investment. If just one person is saved from paralysis or worse, it will have paid itself off with saved long term health care $.

Extremely bad corner for visibility with speed of vehicles coming from Belvedere avenue to Charlottetown city Center. Long overdue.

This intersection should have been fixed years ago. Only going to get worse with more families moving into the area.

i don't go to school by there but i think this is a great idea because from what i have heard it sounds dangerous, someone could easily get hit

My car was side swiped by another car. The driver said she was unable to see approaching traffic coming down Queen Street towards the waterfront and ‘I just went for it’. More than 7 years later and ongoing medical issues as a direct result of the accident, I am no longer able to work. This is a dangerous area and I steer clear of this intersection as often as possible.

Dangerous intersection to cross

Heavy traffic at the intersection which is only going to increase when a new apartment building on Pond Street is built. Please consider the safety of the main pedestrians who use this intersection before there is a very tragic accident.
