Let us stand together to stop Hollywood from its continued Blasphemy against our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It has become a staple of almost every movie and shows on television to use our Lord’s name in vein. It is casually thrown around and often followed by a vulgar curse word. These are not randomly improvised by the actors, but are actually scripted by the writers. What is the agenda of these writers? It seems as if they are trying to not only intentionally blasphemy our Lord, but to also desensitize and try to devalue its meaning and power. Christianity is ranked the largest religion in the world with approximately 2.2 billion followers in the world, and 247 million in the United States. With those kinds of numbers we can make a difference. We need to take a stand and raise awareness to this fact.

I honestly never thought this would gain this much steam but here we are and it makes me think maybe people are finally realizing how much of a problem this has become in entertainment. It feels like the tide is really starting to turn and honestly that is just such a massive relief because I have been worrying about this for so long. Keep at it because it feels like we are actually onto something here.

Enough is enough. My kids hear this trash every time we try to watch a family movie and I am sick of it. Hollywood needs to learn some respect.
