Berwind Lake is one of the best features of McDowell Co, no matter what mood I am in I can go there and be at peace. McDowell County has lost so much already, please don't destroy this too.

This is where I grew up. I spent many summers there. I have lots of family that remain there. It would be such a tragedy for the youth and adults alike to lose those vital recreational park.

We need keep this open because people has their family reunion up to see their people once years and it is a beautiful place to take family picture and have wedding up their please don't close berwind lake we take our kid up their to fish
