Brothers and sisters, Jyans alike. We encourage you to open your eyes and look upon the state of the current game we loved, Blade and Soul NA/EU. How matters are being taken cared of by the company NCSoft West in an unprofessional manner. Therefore, we believe a time for change is a must.

The proposal is simple,

Either create an acceptable and rational fixes to these issues below or completely fixing them altogether by NCSoft West.

Until then, we the people who signed this petition, will voice out our concerns silently by remaining offline.

Here are the issues that needs attention:

-Botting

-Arena server lag

-Lack of party kick option

There are various threads and discussions as well as proofs and possible solutions listed throughout the forums and Reddit to back up the credibility of these claims to be reasonable and in your capability of fixing.

We, the undersigned, encourage NCSoft West to fix the said issues as they have already failed to deliver a professional approach upon players voices in their last Q/A stream. Again, in addition to the petition credibility, We the undersigned, will remain OFFLINE until said matters are addressed.

We have reviewed the entire Terms of Service. The people who will sign have nothing to fear. This is the best shot we have to save the game we love.
