Desperately needed. With additionally housing estates, more footfall and families using this. It's extremely dangerous in areas

I push a double buggy along the rock road, where there is no footpath i have to run because i'm scared the next car may not see me in time. Please do make the foot paths!

Blackrock is a densely populated urban area and the fact that there are no footpaths on two main thoroughfares in the village is disgraceful. The council need to make this issue a priority before there is a fatality. Development levies collected in the past decade should be spent in the locale of the development. With this in mind it is hard to understand how the golf links road is in such a state of disrepair given the number of new houses in the area.

I would leave the car at home and let my children walk to school if we had footpaths on the Rock road. Current situation is not safe

I regularly walk from the bottom of the rock road up to the old golf links road with my young daughter in a pram, I never feel safe walking here and feel a footpath on even one side of both of these roads is essential.
