What happened to ZERO tolerance? If this is allowed to happen then what example is being set for teen boys, respect for women and their bodies? He has a history of anger & rage. Would you feel safe having this teenager in your home, around your children, or even being around him by yourself? Safety and security should be first in our schools. Kids today have enough on their plate. They should not have to worry about the boy sitting next to them in class and secretly wonder if today is the day that he snaps.

Please don't sit idly by. This is how Columbine and Sandy Hook happened. School administrators, parents, and children refused to see what was plainly in front of their faces. Sexual assault is a crime. Shame on Blackman High School.

Good for you Jayden. Tell Dr. Justus how you feel. Let your parents know and most of all let other students know. This kid is walking the halls every day. In the past week he has had to go to the boys bathroom twice because he was so angry at my daughter for walking with another boy in school. The school won't protect her, so her friends are.

Mr. Hogan, my daughter has texts from this boy the day this happened. He texted her that he was not going to let a stupid mistake, ruin his life. When he threatened my daughter in the hall he was overheard by another student. The girl that he grabbed, was interviewed by Sheriff Meshotto and told them exactly what happened. On top of all of this he confessed to Sheriff Meshotto, that everything my daughter said was true. Now I know that there is a very good chance that the school will deny this, or his attorney will claim this admission cannot be used. This is a very unstable boy. His anger can still be seen, any time he sees my daughter with another boy at school. It is only a matter of time, before he snaps and takes action

Erika Helgeson, I can assure you that a begrudged 9th grader did not write this petition. You may have had a great experience with RSC, I am happy for you, no one should have to go through what my daughter and this other student have been through. My daughter did NOT ask for this. As a woman, you should show some compassion and empathy. I more than welcome Blackman Administration to give their side of the story. We have NOTHING to hide.

Bob Saggot, this snowflake is Christina's mother, maybe we will get lucky and this student will show up in school with a weapon he knows how to use and stick it to your head. Do you have children? Do you know anything about this case or my daughter? Probably not. One of the things that makes our country great is freedom of speech. Too bad it is wasted on a pompous ass like yourself. Blackman High School is known for sweeping things under the rug. This boy sexually assaulted another young girl. What do you think her parents are going to say when they find out that Sheriff Meshotto and Dr. Justus knew of this and did not tell them?
