On Wednesday 1st September the Black Flag went up against Lewisham Council because of problems involving noise and other anti social behaviour when it was still the Rosemary Bar and Restaurant. The verdict was a 12pm alcohol license every night, including the weekend and worse an 11pm curfew for all music including the Jukebox every night of the week. This is a great injustice and I don't believe we should be held accountable for the sins of the Rosemary Bar. As you know we now have the best Friday night in New Cross with our GMT Strikes Back SKA Night, it would be a crime to lose this. Please sign our petition and keep the Black flag sailing....
