I spent half the morning staring at the council website trying to figure out if there is any actual room for an appeal but it just feels like circular paperwork designed to make us quit. The music here is everything and honestly the thought of the jukebox going silent at eleven is just depressing because the vibe at the SKA nights is the only thing keeping me sane lately.

I logged on this morning and the momentum is just absolutely wild and honestly a bit overwhelming if I am being totally fair. Seeing so many people jump on board after I spent all last week stressing over the council verdict really makes me feel like we have a genuine shot at keeping the music alive here. My coffee is already cold but I do not even care because the energy from you all is keeping me fueled up to keep pushing back against this total nonsense.

Totally unfair. The new management has done nothing but good for the place and they are being punished for mistakes they didnt even make.
Keep Ska night alive!! Best night out in south london
Ridiculous. Everyone heads to Black Flag for the music. If you shut down the tunes at 11 you might as well just close the doors entirely.
This place is a staple of the area. Lewisham council needs to stop killing off the local culture based on how the old owners used to run things.
Let us have our weekends back!!! Such a joke

Dont punish the new guys for the last owners mess. This is just typical council nonsense ruining a good venue.
