This is a petition to keep the current level of animals kept in a small country town of Blackall the same. Due to a recent development, the Council is wanting to decrease the number of animals you can have per household. When this takes affect, you will be forced to comply with the new regulations. These regulations will be affecting ALL household and backyard animals, including but not limited to, cats, dogs, chickens, birds, horses etc. Please sign the petition to help us STOP this from happening, as if it does pass many family animals are going to be losing homes or put down by the Council.
