I'm not sure their need be an explanation as to why there should be a retrial; a mistrial doesn't negate the reality of what has happened. Justice must be served.

The officer needs to be charger in his dead because it wasn't right the way he use legal force to get ferell down on the ground. He could have only shot once or twice if he felt like his life was in danger, but 12 times and 10 hits johnathan ferell. Officer Kendrick was shooting to kill. This has to STOP !! Black lives does matter !! Everyone lives matter !!
