Throughout my high school years I've had the chance to perform and be a part of this theatre. It's a wonderful space but it is a pitty to not see it live up to its potential only because of where is located.

Great idea! I live very close to the Strand. There is a great lack of affordable performance space for artists in Boston. I totally support this.
