Due to recent political events happening in Bahrain, political societies connected to The Islamic Republic of Iran violently revolted against the government in Bahrain. Terror was spread in the streets of Bahrain causing multiple deaths to policemen and expats. Roads were blocked, vandalism was caused to public property, and people were forbidden from going to work and kids to school. In addition, a local hospital(Salmaniya) was taken over by the supporters of the regime change, and used for political ends at the expense of the health of patients. Accusations that Jawad Business Group, the local franchisee of the above brands, spread about them supporting terrorist societies financially and a boycott has already started against the group and hence all the brand names franchised by the group. We will not continue to buy from brand names we suspect supporting terrorism and the downfall of our government. We are unaware of any denials made by Jawad Business Group up to this date. Bahrain is part of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) which consists of Kuwait, Saudia Arabia, Qatar, Oman and United Arab Emirates. Bahrain's government has complete support of the previous countries and any attack towards Bahrain's government is considered an attack toward the whole GCC. We are aware that Jawad Busines Group has stores spread in the GCC and a wave of boycott to your brands might have already started over there.
