Bishop Burbidge, Bring Father Escalante back to Saint Francis de Sales Parish NOW

This is wrong. Reinstate Fr. immediately and do what is right.

My family is so fond of Father Escalante. He has done so much good in our parish and our community. He knows everybody’s name and goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. We pray daily that he will return to St.Francis DeSales. He was cleared of any charges and deserves to be back home in his community. After numerous emails to the diocese we still have yet to receive any clear communication or answers. The parishioners and Father Escalante deserve more.

I believe Father Escalante should be returned to St. Francis de Sales as soon as possible. He is a wonderful priest and pastor. Thank you.

Please fix this problem now and bring Father Escalante back to Saint Francis. This has dragged on long enough and should have ended months ago.

I’m not a Catholic but after hearing about this we need to bring him back. His name has been cleared. Let the man serve the Lord!

Though my wife and I live in NC, and are not Catholic, we are aware of this situation through family in Purcellville, who are members of SFDS. If truth is comprised of facts, not fiction, innuendo, or 'politics', and truth is to be honored and respected (under God), then Father Escalante should be exhonerated and returned to his parish as quickly as possible.

Dear Bishop Burbidge, While we understand the diocese must do their due diligance, we do not understand the excessive time it is taking to return Father Escalante to his rightful place as our Pastor especially in light of what has been recently made public. Father Escalante has suffered greatly at the hands of his very own Judas and the rest of the parish by extension. Unless the diocese returns Father Escalante to St Frances de Sales I believe the dioceses is culpable to the lie. Please do the right thing or else you will perpetuate the disillusionment of the catholic faith. Now.
