not to mention that neither tonic or milkman made profit from the mods, code changed or unchanged, the fact of the matter is that it was created for free use but also clearly stated not to be used for profit wich A3L breached

What A3L is doing is exactly what is wrong about the Arma modding community. If we don't act to stop this from happening, it discourages modders to continue producing their content if they don't have a way to protect it. BIS should be very interested in this as a company for the future use of their game as a modding platform.

The A3L team should not be allowed to carry out the points stated on the petition especially when copyrighted material is used without permission and also using income generation.
