I think that the new system is awesome cause it opens a lot of strategies but it's like a new game where u have to restart all your progress, so it sucks so compensation will make me keep playing.

I lost my 5 stars Kyoraku and weapon woke up. Imagine how many resources I lost when this update.
The update is good, but imagine that a character who invested all your resources will not work after the update.

Even to me, someone new in the game, it blew up plans I was just starting to make, leaving me wondering where to go. I can't speak for anyone who has been here forever, but there should definitely be some compensation for this huge of a change.

The one point I want to add is the reset of Soul Hall, if we want to change something, we can't.
The other thing who can be in this petition is the BIS Team who work on translation, there is too many mistakes for all languages !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It would be interesting to see a option to decompose/reset a character for 500-1k jades so people could reuse their resources better.

Compensation is required for veteran players who made informed decisions based on the previous soul hall system. A players decision on whether or not to summon, what to exchange event currency for, as well as their leveling and upgrading priorities were all based on that system. Not only are many of our units now rendered nearly useless, we have no mechanism to go back and reacquire limited units or items for them. A change of this magnitude requires character resets as compensation at a bare minimum.
