I have known Bipwell for years, as you may have. He has always been a valuable asset to every clan he has participated in. His character is unquestionable. He's a man of outstanding morals, integrity and has wanted to be in III for a long. He spends a lot of time in our discord platooning with many of you, participating in our events ranging from Gladiator nights to Non-Clan tournaments. He’s what you’d expect in a traditional III brother. To me and to many of you… he’s just a tagless III member. This is where I hand you a virtual tissue.

This petition is an effort to fulfill the requirement of the 'extensive vetting process' to prove to those in charge that Bipwell is fully vetted by many full-patch III members.
III Recruiting 2.0 Summary for Recruitment Disqualification
The current minimum age for III is 30. According to III docs (see below), 21 is the absolute minimum allowable age for recruitment and it is extremely rare. These candidates must go through an extensive vetting process and put to a vote.

“Age is under the recommended accepted qualifier of 30 years. It is extremely rare that a player is admitted for recruitment when under the age of 30 years. Triarii has held this as a basic requirement from the creation of the clan. Those who have been under that age have always been at least 21 years of age and required extensive vetting lasting many months before approval by Logistics, and then by FumDux before allowed to continue. Under 30 years of age is an extraordinary exception and is not recommended unless the potential recruit is nearing 30 years. Any player under the age of 21 will not be eligible for consideration in any patch level recruitment.”

I’ve tooned with Bipwellfor more than three years, I’ve played PUBG with him since the game rolled out, I’ve spent countless hours in voice comms with Bipwell on Teamspeak, Discord, and PUBG, never have I had any issue with his in game behavior, character, or morals. In fact he alines perfectly with Triarii Values, now that he’s turning 21 I’d definitely invite him over for a beer.
I have had the pleasure of playing with BIP both tooning and in tournament play. It will put forth that it took several people to convince me that he was not actually in his 40s (I’m in my 50s) He is a calming influence, a great and fair player, and would be a solid asset to Triarii and what we stand for. I wholly agree with him being put into recruit status, and find him perhaps the definition of an extraordinary exception. I urge our leadership to consider this petition both seriously, and on its merits.

As it has been stated several times before, he holds the III values that is expected here. I see no reason why he should not be allowed to start in III-R. As a matter of fact, you can put me down as his sponsor.
