VIP doesn't get up much and need gems alot so y we never get any.

Omg where do I even start. I already wrote this once. 1. Andrea Russell. She's a bully. Makes it apparent that she's running the company. An American company. But she lives in England. Is she paying American taxes for that job? 2. Andrea Russell. 3. VIP had no idea existed until just recently I've been a member since 2011 although they seem to have lost my start date have the wrong date on there and can't seem to find anything. But apparently VIP members don't have to pay to play they get tons and tons and tons of all the free stuff including prizes mailed through the mail and cruises and all sorts of really nice deluxe accommodations but we Plus members are paying and getting nothing including on the game I have six accounts five of them get better prizes than my Plus account and support does nothing about it at all whatsoever. They allow people to not only bully but they don't take them out of chats because most of them that bully and harass other players are their VIP members and they don't do anything about it they just put them on a cruise ship that's it they just put them on a cruise ship and we just paid for that cruise ship to go sailing down to the Caribbean where they can dance around on Facebook and whatever and send you videos on Snapchat and whatever else and rub it in that the rest of us who pay to play get to watch the people who don't pay to play enjoy themselves on some islands let that sink in I think I'm just going to let it go now because there's so much wrong with this company and that's just the tip of the iceberg...

It was a free game now I have to use credits for power ups or play without pu cant buy items . BB trying to push people into buying simple you want to play pay so it the free I like bingo just cant afford it so sad use to be fun

Too many pop ups now and credits run out way to fast. Used to be fun but now it is just a money pit.
