ACMA need too really realise the implication of the control, maliputation this game has done, the volume of fixing, rigging, the game it’s self needs too be investigated! It’s so fixed!

They are trying to make us accept terms and putting in about class action suit saying we have to accept and waiver our right

Unless you pay to play.........forget finishing a map room or seasonal room that takes you a long time and the non gifts take forever to get. They want you to pay to play and still it isn't a guarantee you will get a room completed. The game now is all about the greedy bastards. The game is more of a chore than fun to play anymore.

Just lost 150 credits. Game lost connection after 6 balls and didn't reimburse me!

Game is very frustrating, not a joy to play like it was years ago..takes way too many credits to even get anything you need and tons of credits to complete 1/2 a room. Instant wins should not be allowed nor should four corners count as a line..takes months to save daily credits to even have enough to play otherwise you will get nowhere..elite membership is not a benefit for the money being charged. I have also launched investigation of double dipping my account for purchases that I did not make double of. I have several accounts and will be closing all of them once all transferrable items r transferred to others. The players there once was have left and newbies as well because of the way it is.

i can say i feel the same way you dont get enough credits to play on ive been fed up with this game for some time now but im hooked if i could find another game i like as well id move on but i have met some wonderful people on here and thats all that has been making me want to stay playing there definately has to be changes made

This is so true. My daughter plays too & she also gets much better purchase offers (more credits) than I do as gold status & because Ive purchased I lose out

I whole heartedly agree with every issue and we need to be refunded by adding a whole lot of credits or something,

I have spent $ and lost credits due to disconnection and never was compensated for then. Almost 1000 and that's alot.

I have been saying for years there is a lot of unfairness in this game. I hardly play anymore because of it, game is just not fun anymore. But Playtika does not care about their long time loyal customers !!!

This game has gone from being a fun game to who can spend the most money .Thinking of deleting after 8 yrs of playing it’s a big downer now
